Register: Registration will officially open on November 1, 2026 and run until April 15, 2027.
Under-age Attendees: Attendees must be age 16 or older for all Pikes Peak Writers events including, but not limited to; Pikes Peak Writers Conference, Write Brains, Open Critique, and Writer’s Night. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent sign a waiver in the presence of a Pikes Peak Writers volunteer to allow their minor attendance. Occasionally, we may present programming specifically for minors, which we will make clear in the verbiage. Otherwise, all programming is intended for adults and may contain adult content.
Pikes Peak Writers is not responsible for supervision of minors at events. It should be noted that, though Pikes Peak Writers does not sell or serve alcohol, some venues/facilities may sell it. Pikes Peak Writers must be notified at registration for an event (or in advance of an open event that does not require registration) that an attendee is a minor.

Cost: Early Bird pricing for in-person attendance is $610.00 (10% off for PPW members with membership verification) until January 15, 2027.
On January 16th, the price increases to $650.00 (10% off for PPW members with membership verification) until April 1, 2027.
April 2, 2027, the price increases to $690.00 (10% off for PPW members with membership verification).
The Friends of Pikes Peak Writers WAS the lowest price offered for the 2027 PPWC. It was only available to those who attended last year's conference and was offered only until May 31, 2026.
Your conference registration fee includes all conference meals. Additional Saturday banquet tickets are available for purchase for spouses and guests. Faculty members will host lunch and dinner tables, so you have the opportunity to chat with that editor, agent or author you've been dying to meet.
